*It is not recommended to use less than three rails when installing pressure treated pine fence due to it's tendency to warp and twist as it ages. However, cedar fence pickets are "dimensionally stable", meaning it can be installed with 2 rails without having significant warping, eliminating the need for a rail in the center to keep the wood flat.
All fence prices listed above include installation using 100% Stainless Steel ring-shank nails for the strongest fence possible. This is standard on all of our wood fence installations at no extra charge.
Pricing Example - Customer needs to replace 83 linear feet with western red cedar privacy fence with 3 rails and a 2x6 rotboard as well as one standard gate:
83' x $27.50/ft = $ 2282.50
1 Steel Framed Gate = FREE (fence install meets the minimum 75' threshold for a free gate)
Removal of old fence = Flat Fee of $75
Taxes = Included in linear footage price (the State of Texas credits the sales tax on the purchase of the fence materials, and does not require that fence contractors charge additional sales tax to the customer for labor.)
TOTAL COST = $2357.50
